Terms of Service
Our service
Bins Out STL is a bin set-out and return service only. We roll eligible trash and recycling containers from their normal storage location to the designated curb or collection area before scheduled pickup and return the containers afterward.
What is not included
We do not collect, carry, transport or dispose of waste. We do not move loose trash bags, furniture, mattresses, appliances, construction debris, bulk items or other materials placed outside designated containers. Waste collection and disposal are handled by your municipal or private waste provider.
Availability requests
Submitting an availability request is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. It does not require payment or commit you to a service agreement. Coverage, scope, schedule, access arrangements and pricing must be separately confirmed before service begins.
Access and container safety
Before service begins, we will agree on the storage location, collection location and safe access to eligible containers. Let us know about stairs, steep slopes, locked gates, damaged bins or other access concerns. Do not submit gate or door codes through this public form.
Pickup schedules and changes
Your waste provider determines collection dates, holiday changes and collection eligibility. Tell us about changes to your pickup schedule or property access. Weather, unsafe conditions or route availability may affect service; arrangements will be confirmed directly.
Independent operation
Bins Out STL operates independently and is not affiliated with the City of St. Louis or any waste collection provider.
